We currently have two private investors and a number of partners:

Investors: Donald E. Nickelon has been in the investment banking industry for over 50 years and was the President of Paine, Weber which was acquired by UBS and Donald is on the board of UBS and the co-Chairman of the Harbor Group from St. Louis, Missouri; and

The Glasers who have over 30 years of experience in the bottle decorating business and have managed the startup of many fast food franchise specialty items as well as major wellknown hair care or skin care brands. The Glasers will also be managing certain portions of our new innovative consumer products.
